It’s that time of the year it’s the Mango
season. I love mangoes. There are so many recipes that we can make out of
mangoes.
When I went out to buy vegetables, I saw
these fresh raw mangoes and instantly wanted to make mango curry out of it. To
be honest I haven't tried making it before but my mum used to make it. I knew
how it should taste.
Well when I told that I will be making
mango curry they were surprised. As they haven't tasted before. After it was
done everyone liked it there was nothing remaining. 😊

into 2-inch-long strips or cubes and add turmeric, salt jaggery and mix well.
